About Me
I've been going to yoga classes for about 15 years, and teaching for over 4 years after qualifying with Yoga Alliance at Orange Yoga in Cheltenham. I was first drawn to yoga for the physical postures, but it is the feeling of headspace and the connection to my body that keeps me coming back. It makes me feel as if I can cope with the chaos of life!
I aim to provide classes to suit everyone as our bodies are all different and we are all at different stages of life, but in each class you can take or leave whatever serves you on that day. I believe in listening to your own body and deciding if you need more challenge or to rest. By listening to our bodies closely, we can find ways to feel better, and yoga gives you the tools to do this.

Yoga Flow
A gentle class flowing through sequences with the breath. We build functional strength slowly, improve flexibility and stamina while working at your own pace. Mondays at 9.30-10.30am at Leonard Stanley Village Hall, Leonard Stanley.
Chair Yoga
All the benefits of yoga, with the support of a chair. We gently improve or maintain mobility, work on functional strength, and provide each other with community. Tuesdays at 11.15-12.15 at Leonard Stanley Village Hall, Leonard Stanley.
Yoga on the Farm
Outdoor yoga at Eastington Farm Shop during the summer holidays. All the yoga, but on the farm, quite often watched by the cows. Wednesday or Thursday evenings at Middlehall Farm, Eastington.
Yoga & Sparkles
Yoga, fairy lights, Christmas music, festive mulled wine (NA) and deep rest. (Leonard Stanley Village Hall in December, TBC)
